Thank you so much for participating in this year’s bikeMS. Your devotion and hard work make it possible for us to provide programs and support for people with MS as well as fund the research necessary to find a cure. There are currently 400,000 people in the US living with this debilitating disease. We are very thankful to each of you, for the time you spent training, the time you spent fundraising, and the time we spent together laughing, smiling, and fighting to make sure that one day soon the number of people with MS will be zero.
Just because you've clipped out of your pedals doesn't mean the event is over. We encourage you to continue your fundraising efforts until December 31, 2008. Not only could your continued fundraising efforts help you achieve 2009 top fundraiser status or Super Team status for your team, but they allow us to provide vital services to the 7,400 people in our area living with multiple sclerosis. Challenge yourself, challenge a team mate, challenge a rival team. Lastly, be sure to tell your friends and family what a wonderful time you had this weekend |

It’s hard to believe that Bike MS 2008 was well over a month ago! Many of you worked ceaselessly to recruit, fundraise and volunteer for a common cause. You demonstrated the true mission of this ride…creating a world free of MS.
We could not have done it without the help of many people. We would like to extend our greatest appreciation to our team captains, volunteers, and of course you, the cyclists. This event and everything it represents is clearly a team effort.
The Victory Parties will recognize the amazing efforts of all who participated, but especially those who went above and beyond to help us end the devastating effects of MS. We will also have special presentations of the following: 2008 Top Teams and Fundraisers, Top 100 Club, 2009 Bike MS Launch and more!
In the spirit of the ride, its mission, and your collective efforts, we would like to extend to our volunteers, cyclists, and corporate sponsors a special invitation to attend one of our three Victory Parties:
December 2 at the Inn at USC in Columbia, SC (Party starts 5:30PM, Program 6:00PM)
December 4 at the Visulite Theater in Charlotte, NC (Party starts 5:30PM, Program 6:00PM. Join us for the concert to follow at 7:45PM featuring Melonbelly, Mike Strauss, and Carolina Gator Gumbo with Bill Noonan).
December 9 at Saffron’s Café in Greenville, SC (Party starts 5:30PM, Program 6:00PM)
